CSS Transitions Draft Published


The Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Working Group has published a Working Draft of CSS Transitions. This document introduces new CSS features to enable implicit transitions, which describe how CSS properties can be made to change smoothly from one value to another over a given duration. W3C Invites Implementations of HTML Ruby Markup Extensions: A Major Step Forward for Multilingual Web Content
