CSS Style Attributes is a W3C Recommendation

The Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Working Group has published a W3C Recommendation of CSS Style Attributes. Markup languages such as HTML and SVG provide a style attribute on most elements, to hold inline style information that applies to those elements.
