RDF 1.1 Concepts and Abstract Syntax Draft Published

The RDF Working Group has published a Working Draft of RDF 1.1 Concepts and Abstract Syntax. This document defines the RDF data model. Notable changes since the previous working draft include the introduction of new datatypes for HTML fragments and language-tagged strings, a re-worked XML datatype, and a rewritten introduction.
